January 16 3 PM - 10 PM
Join us for an evening of music, dancing, and celebration as we officially launch Moonlit Farm & Folk School. This special gathering supports our mission to cultivate nature-based learning, traditional craft, creative community, and land stewardship in North Stonington.
3 - 5 PM – Kid’s Activities & Delicious Bites & Beverages
Enjoy delicious beverages, warm up by the fire, and enter our fundraising raffle to support the launch of Moonlit Farm & Folk School.
4 PM – Family Contradance
All ages welcome! Kick off the festivities with a lively community contradance led by our guest musicians. No experience necessary!
5 PM – Banquet Dinner
A hearty, farm-style meal served at communal long tables.
5–7 PM – Live Music by Bards of Gungywamp
Bards of Gungywamp bring a rollicking mix of Celtic tunes, sea songs, bluegrass, old-time music, and punk rock. Fun, lively, and full of energy—they will undoubtably get everyone dancing! (They also happen to be Martina, Nico & Leo’s favorite band.)
After-Party Until 10 PM – Fireside Gathering
Close out the night around the bonfire with s’mores & star gazing.
All proceeds support the launch of Moonlit Farm & Folk School — including our nature education classes, traditional craft & applied arts workshops, and land stewardship efforts.
